ADC is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers and ensuring the highest level of protection.< /span>

The company which collects personal data and implements data processing is:

2.1.Data you transmit directly to us< /span>

By using our Platforms, you are required to send us information, some of which is likely to identify you (“Data Personal"). This is particularly the case when you fill out forms (such as the application form), when you contact us – whether by telephone, email or any other means of communication – or when you inform us of a problem.

4. DATA RECIPIENTS

Your data is transmitted to ADC partners who can process the data on their behalf (they are recipients) or only on behalf and according to the instructions of ADC (they are subcontractors).

6. PERSONAL RIGHTS

6.1.What rights can be exercised?

In application of articles 15 to 22 of regulation 2016/679 of April 27, 2016, any natural person whose data has been collected has the right to exercise the following rights:

- A right of access

- A right of rectification,

- A right to object to the processing of your data and to erase your data

- A right to object to profiling< /span>

- A right to restriction of processing,

- A right to data portability

The Customer may also formulate directives relating to the conservation, erasure and communication of his personal data personnel after his death in accordance with article 40-1 of law 78-17 of January 6, 1978. These directives may be general or specific.

When ADC detects a personal data breach likely to create a high risk for the rights and freedoms of the Client, the latter will be informed of this violation as soon as possible.

Finally, the Customer has the option to withdraw their consent at any time.

6.2.How to exercise them?

These rights can be exercised with the company ADC which collected the personal data in the following way:

The request must indicate the surname, first name, postal address, email, if possible the customer reference.

After verifying your identity, ADC sends a response within 1 month after exercising the right. In certain cases, linked to the complexity of the request or the number of requests, this deadline may be extended by an additional 2 months.


These rights may in certain cases provided for by the regulations be subject to exceptions.

In the event of no response or an unsatisfactory response, the person concerned has the option of contacting the supervisory authority on data protection (the CNIL: www.cnil.fr).

7. BUSINESS PROSPECTING< /span>

ADC uses your contact details to send you targeted advertisements, notably by email, postal mail, SMS or on social networks.< /span>

ADC complies with the rules laid down by Directive 2002/58/EC of July 12, 2002 which provides for the express prior collection of consent of the customer for sending commercial prospecting by electronic means (e-mail or SMS).

Thus, when creating your account on the site, you are expressly asked for your consent to receive offers from ADC by email.

ADC will not send you personalized requests by email or text message if you have not consented to them.

There is an exception when the Client, without having given his prior consent, can nevertheless be approached as soon as he is already a customer of the company ADC, that the purpose of the prospecting is to offer similar products or services and that he was able to object to it at the time of collection.< /span>

In all cases, the customer has the possibility to object to the receipt of these requests by carrying out the following actions :
