We offer steel and aluminium profiles to meet a variety of needs:

 

Steel tubular profiles (load capacity up to 2,000 kg)

Our steel profiles are available in four sizes: P125, S140, S200 and S260. Made from high-strength steel, they allow higher stress levels and significant suspension loads. All profiles are rolled from a single sheet with precise tolerances, and their camber and opening are measured to ensure optimal quality. The S200 and S260 profiles can be fitted with an internal conductor rail (IC).

 

Aluminium tubular profiles (load capacity up to 2,000 kg)

Aluminium profiles are available in six sizes: XXL, XL, L, M, S, XS, with a reinforcement profile for increased load capacities. They are made from high-quality anodized, corrosion-resistant item®-Nuten aluminium. Their hollow design minimizes weight and ensures maximum rigidity, allowing smooth and light operation of the hoist and bridge. Aluminium is 100% recyclable, offering an aesthetic and eco-friendly solution. The L profile can be fitted with an internal conductor rail (IC), and an inspection hatch is available as an option.

Tubular rail trolleys for high-performance beams and hoists

Our hollow profile systems use trolleys optimized for smooth movement:

Trolleys for aluminium tubular profiles

We offer a single trolley type for all aluminium profiles, ensuring optimal guidance. These trolleys can be motorized and/or braked, and offer an excellent rolling coefficient thanks to their Oramide rollers. They provide load-bearing capacity in both tension and compression, with the option to add shock absorbers. Load capacities are 600 kg and 1,200 kg.

Trolleys for steel tubular profiles

Pressed steel trolleys are quiet, offer minimal rolling resistance and are easy to move. There is one trolley for P125 profiles and another compatible with all S profiles (S140, S200, S260). They ensure optimal guidance, can be manual or motorized, and offer an excellent rolling coefficient. Load capacities are 800 kg and 1,600 kg.

 

System safety features for the protection of your employees

The safety of your teams is our priority. We enhance the safety of your installations through a set of components equipped with steel safety cables to secure the various suspension points of the system. This includes securing runway beam suspensions, the beam and the hoist.

 

Electrical and pneumatic power supply options

We offer various solutions for the electrical and pneumatic power supply of your systems:

Our hollow profile systems come in several configurations to meet specific needs:

Monorails: moving loads with simplicity and precision

The monorail is a simple and efficient solution for lifting and moving loads with precision in a linear direction within your workshop. It allows multiple workstations to be connected. Curves, switches and turntables can be combined with the linear system to adapt to your environment and create the required circuits. Maximum load capacity is 1,250 kg.

Suspended travelling beams: handling over large areas

The suspended beam is ideal for handling over large areas. Its modular design offers numerous possibilities for fast, reliable and cost-effective load movement above workstations and production areas. This solution optimizes productivity by dedicating the handling means to the workstation, allowing easy and manual movement of loads in three dimensions. Maximum load capacity is 2,000 kg.

  • Single-girder telescopic bridge: Load capacity 50–1,000 kg, span 4–8 m, runway beams 4–50 m, lifting height up to 5 m.
