Merger of the companies ADC and JPV Maintenance

AS OF JANUARY 1, 2023, JPV MAINTENANCE BECOMES THE ADC HAUTE SAVOIE AGENCY.

We have the honor to inform you that on January 1, 2023, as part of the purchase by ADC - Fayat Lifting Solutions of the company JPV MAINTENANCE, the entire assets of the latter were transferred in full to the company CHAINETTE WORKSHOPS (ADC).

WHO WAS JPV MAINTENANCE?

Created in 1987 by Mr Jean-Paul Villemont and based in St Pierre en Faucigny, Haute-Savoie, the company quickly oriented its industrial activity towards the manufacture and maintenance of handling and lifting devices, in particular through the purchase of the Rivière company in 1993.
In 2004, JPV bought the company Leader Service, a specialist in Industrial Compressed Air supply solutions, in order to diversify and strengthen its customer presence with a service complementary to handling.
 

WHY THIS CONNECTION?

A long-time partner of ADC, strongly established in its territory (Savoie, Haute-Savoie, Ain), and recognized for its seriousness and its know-how, the company JPV Maintenance has around ten employees.

This buyout operation, linked to the future retirement of its founder Mr Villemont, will allow us to enrich and make this collaboration more effective, while perpetuating the subsidiary's activity, in order to always improve our quality of service to our clients.
